A jury convicted Rabbi Daniel Greer, founder of the Yeshiva of New Haven, on four counts of risk of injury to a minor for repeatedly sexually abusing a teenage student, and he was sentenced to 12 years. The victim separately won a $15 million judgment in a federal civil suit.
