Rechtbank Maastricht, Netherlands. A senior member of a religious congregation, recorded in the Deetman Report under the code BHJ1, was convicted at Maastricht in December 1958 of the sexual abuse of multiple boys and sentenced to one year. The prosecution, which had sought two years unconditional, appealed the sentence as too lenient; the report does not state the appeal's outcome.
