Dutch trial court. A religious-order brother teaching at the Eikenburg school, recorded in the Deetman Report under the code FC5, was convicted in 1954 of sexual misconduct as a teacher, received an eight-month suspended sentence and lost his teaching credential. The report records that he offended again in 1957 against a juvenist; that later conduct was not separately adjudicated in the material extracted.
